In order to provide
premium services for parts supply, having a group of committed
and experience spare parts and dispatch workforce are insufficient.
We have to consistently maintain an extremely high inventory
level. This is to ensure that we are able to achieve an average
high filled-rate of more than 90% for any order received.
Apparently, our inventory value is worth around S$1.7 million
just in Singapore. We have also set up several warehouses
in the regions as indicated in Network.
Throughout the
years, we have proven to customers that we are able to be
mobilized within a short notice of time, on non-stop 24 hours
basis, for supplying of full range of ship-kits to vessels.
We also assist customers to manage their ship-kits collected
in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Again, manufacturers
have recognized our effort and specialties in this area, and
have since work more closely with us, for giving a better
support to Shipping Lines and Container Leasing Companies.
For example, Mitsubishi has appointed us as a Parts Distributor
in this region as well as China. Daikin has also recently
appointed us as a Satellite Parts Center in Singapore.
